NOUMI App Refer a Friend – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Refer a Friend” program (“Program”) offered by NOUMI (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility 1.1. The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. 1.2. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members of NOUMI are not eligible to participate in the Program.
  2. Participation 2.1. To participate in the Program, download the NOUMI App from the official app store and create an account. 2.2. Upon successful account creation, you will receive 6 Noumin Coins. 2.3. For each successful referral who downloads the NOUMI App and creates an account using your unique referral link, you will receive an additional 5 Noumin Coins.
  3. Noumin Coins 3.1. Noumin Coins are a virtual currency within the NOUMI App and are used to enter prize giveaways. 3.2. Noumin Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of consideration. 3.3. Noumin Coins can only be used within the NOUMI App to enter giveaways and cannot be transferred to other users.
  4. Prize Giveaways 4.1. Noumin Coins can be used to enter prize giveaways available within the NOUMI App. 4.2. Each giveaway entry will require a specified number of Noumin Coins as indicated in the App. 4.3. Participants can enter as many Noumin Coins as they wish per giveaway, similar to a raffle system. 4.4. All competitions are free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 4.5. Send postal entries with your name, full address, contact information (email & phone number) clearly printed or typed to: NOUMI Barton Hall Garstang Road Broughton PR3 5BT
  5. No Purchase Necessary 5.1. No purchase is necessary to obtain Noumin Coins or to enter giveaways. 5.2. Participants may also enter giveaways by writing to: NOUMI, Barton Hall, Garstang Road, Broughton, PR3 5BT. Include your full name, address, email address, and the giveaway you wish to enter.
  6. Winner Selection 6.1. Winners will be chosen at random on the day specified within the Prize Giveaway details. 6.2. The winner(s) will be chosen randomly by a program using a random algorithm.
  7. General Conditions 7.1. NOUMI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time without prior notice. 7.2. NOUMI is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or malfunctions that may affect participation in the Program. 7.3. Any attempt to manipulate the Program or violate these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of Noumin Coins.
  8. Data Protection 8.1. Personal data collected in connection with the Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the NOUMI App and website. 8.2. By participating in the Program, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 9.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  11. Limitation of Liability 11.1. NOUMI and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or in connection with participation in the Program, including but not limited to, any technical issues, system failures, or malfunctions.
  12. Fraudulent Activity 12.1. NOUMI reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Program if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, using bots, or any other method to unfairly gain Noumin Coins or influence the outcome of giveaways.
  13. Changes to the Program 13.1. NOUMI reserves the right to make changes to the Program, including but not limited to modifying the rewards, referral process, or terminating the Program entirely at any time, with or without prior notice. 13.2. Any changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on the NOUMI App and website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates.
  14. Taxes 14.1. Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving Noumin Coins or winning prizes through the Program.
  15. Intellectual Property 15.1. All content, trademarks, and data on the NOUMI App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of NOUMI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  16. Severability 16.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.
  17. Waiver 17.1. The failure of NOUMI to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  18. Entire Agreement 18.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and NOUMI regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Program.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
