UK, 18+ only. Promotional Period is 23/12/2023 – 31/03/2024. Use the NOUMI App to collect a digital receipt to be automatically entered into a Prize Draw. Linked transaction, NOUMI App registration, and opt-in to NOUMI Offers and Promotions is required to participate. Individual prizes range between £1 to £10. Terms and Conditions

1. REGION: UNITED KINGDOM ONLY: This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over whom are registered users of the NOUMI APP.
2. This Promotion excludes employees of NOUMI, its agents and direct partners, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
3. No direct purchase through the NOUMI APP is necessary, however, a linked transaction is required from a NOUMI-enabled store in order to generate a NOUMI digital receipt. Internet access is required. Entry to the prize draw is automatic.
4. Prize Draw Qualification: Open to all qualifying NOUMI App users who are OPTED-IN to NOUMI OFFERS and PROMOTIONS as selected within their NOUMI PROFILE, within NOUMI APP SETTINGS.
5. Promotion Period: 23/12/2023 – 31/12/2024
6. To Enter: Users must be OPTED INTO NOUMI Marketing preferences and collect NOUMI Digital Receipt transactions in the NOUMI mobile App for a chance to win instant Cash Prizes , entries are free but must be linked to a valid in store purchase through a participating retailer.  
7. Prizes: Prizes are awarded randomly by collecting a digital receipt via NOUMI Device located in participating retailers. Prizes are limited to one win per day per user.

Golden Receipt Prize Breakdown:

NOUMI reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, amend the prize sums to be awarded as outlined in the Prize Draw Schedule above up to and including the week prior to that for which the respective draw takes place.

1. No person may win more than one (1) Prize per day. Multiple entries for the same person are not permitted, Additional receipts collected in App over and above the minimum requirement to qualify for a given prize draw do not equate to additional entries in the prize draw.
2. The Prizes:  There will be a maximum of one prize per day per user. The winners will win cash prizes. The sum which the winner(s) will win is outlined in the Golden Receipt Prize Breakdown. The total anticipated value of the prize giveaways across the entire Promotion Period is expected to be £10,000, with an expected number of prize winners expected to be 2786. NOUMI reserves the right to vary by increasing or decreasing the total prize fund, the total number of prizes, the total number of winners, and the end date of this promotion at its sole discretion.
3. Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be randomly selected during the period of the Golden Receipt promotion. Each qualifying entrant will have collected a digital receipt with NOUMI. An algorithm will randomly select winners, users are restricted one win per day.   
4. Winner Notification: Winners will be instantly notified in the NOUMI App of their winnings providing they have an established internet connection.  
5. Prize Acceptance: Users will be given the option to Redeem via their own PayPal account or accumulate prize winnings within the NOUMI App to redeem at a later date. If a winning user does not have a PayPal account they can contact NOUMI Customer Services via the in-app contact form with their UserID, email registered with, additional verification maybe required. In the case of user not having a valid PayPal their Prize will be paid directly via a bank transfer  In the unlikely event that the Prize(s) does/do not arrive within 30 days the winner(s) must inform NOUMI by contacting NOUMI with their Name, UserID & description of their issue.  If the winner(s) does/do not do so, NOUMI reserves the right to not reissue the Prize(s) or limit its value at its sole discretion.
6. NOUMI must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation NOUMI will publish the first name and county of prize winners to anyone who writes to NOUMI’s registered address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the Weekly draw.
7. If you object to any or all of your first name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact NOUMI via https://noumi.app/contact-us/ with your name and unique prize identifier. In such circumstances, NOUMI must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8. NOUMI seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and NOUMI reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions. For this reason, NOUMI reserves the right at any point to:
   1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
   2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
   3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services.
   4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
   5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM card or multiple email addresses or federated user IDs, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
   6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
   7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
   8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
9. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
10. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending / proof of purchase in any form other than a NOUMI Digital Receipt collected in-app and verifiable at NOUMI secure server level, will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
11. NOUMI and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude NOUMI’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12. NOUMI will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
13. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by NOUMI and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the NOUMI’s privacy policy, available at: www.NOUMI.app/privacy-policy/
14. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
15. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
16. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
17. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
